AKNA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKNA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,534 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKNA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, ANKRD44, and LCP1. Each is linked with AKNA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKNA-to-partner and partner-to-AKNA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKNA versus RCSD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
