Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKIRIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKIRIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL1P1, MIR892C, and MIR4778. Each is linked with AKIRIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKIRIN1-to-partner and partner-to-AKIRIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNL1P1 grouped by AKIRIN1-low versus AKIRIN1-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKIRIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKIRIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
