AKAP8L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP8L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,484 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP8L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD4, WIZ, and ZMYM2. Each is linked with AKAP8L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP8L-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP8L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAP8L versus BRD4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP8L→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP8L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
