AKAP8L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP8L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,308 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP8L-associated genes across cancer lineages are OVOL3, ATAD2, and NCAPD2. Each is linked with AKAP8L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP8L-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP8L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAP8L versus OVOL3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP8L→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP8L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
