Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP8L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,378 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKAP8L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6857, RNU6-597P, and RN7SKP27. Each is linked with AKAP8L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP8L-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP8L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6857 grouped by AKAP8L-low versus AKAP8L-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP8L→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP8L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
