Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKAP8L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,491 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP8L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-DNA complex organization, Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, and Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with AKAP8L in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP8L-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP8L results are reported.
