AKAP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,551 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL22P, PRELID3BP2, and RN7SKP258. Each is linked with AKAP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP7-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL22P grouped by AKAP7-low versus AKAP7-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
