AKAIN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,313 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAIN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UCHL1, RTN4_S991, and CS. Each is linked with AKAIN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAIN1-to-partner and partner-to-AKAIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAIN1 versus UCHL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
