Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 140 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKAIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RITA1, NYAP2, and DHRSX. Each is linked with AKAIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAIN1-to-partner and partner-to-AKAIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAIN1 versus RITA1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
