AIMP1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIMP1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,074 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIMP1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MACROD2, DDAH2, and MYH14. Each is linked with AIMP1P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIMP1P1-to-partner and partner-to-AIMP1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AIMP1P1 versus MACROD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIMP1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIMP1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
