AIF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AIF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 235 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS8P1, TNFSF10, and RNU5E-9P. Each is linked with AIF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AIF1-to-partner and partner-to-AIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
