AHSP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHSP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHSP-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF4EBP2P3, H3P46, and VDAC2P4. Each is linked with AHSP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHSP-to-partner and partner-to-AHSP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF4EBP2P3 grouped by AHSP-low versus AHSP-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHSP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHSP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
