AHSG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHSG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,458 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHSG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFIA, NME3, and NUF2_S247. Each is linked with AHSG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHSG-to-partner and partner-to-AHSG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AHSG versus NFIA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHSG→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHSG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
