AHSG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AHSG mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,888 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHSG-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCK2, CARD10, and PRX. Each is linked with AHSG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHSG-to-partner and partner-to-AHSG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCK2 grouped by AHSG-low versus AHSG-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHSG→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHSG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
