AHR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AHR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,306 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, MIR4774, and DHODH. Each is linked with AHR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHR-to-partner and partner-to-AHR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by AHR-low versus AHR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
