AHCYL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AHCYL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,296 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AHCYL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM167B, STRIP1, and HIPK1. Each is linked with AHCYL1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AHCYL1-to-partner and partner-to-AHCYL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AHCYL1 versus TMEM167B in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AHCYL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AHCYL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
