AGTR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGTR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,965 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGTR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NADK, RNU6-457P, and KRTAP1-3. Each is linked with AGTR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGTR2-to-partner and partner-to-AGTR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NADK grouped by AGTR2-low versus AGTR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGTR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGTR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
