AGTR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,879 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFS5P1, CDCA3, and GOT1. Each is linked with AGTR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGTR1-to-partner and partner-to-AGTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFS5P1 grouped by AGTR1-low versus AGTR1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
