AGK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGK protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,056 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMM50, SLC25A5, and SSBP1. Each is linked with AGK in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGK-to-partner and partner-to-AGK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGK versus SAMM50 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGK→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
