AGAP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGAP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FREM3, GAL3ST2, and FBXW10. Each is linked with AGAP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP5-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FREM3 grouped by AGAP5-low versus AGAP5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
