Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,440 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP2-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP7, SLC25A6, and PTCD3. Each is linked with AGAP2-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP2-AS1 results are reported.
