Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGAP2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AGAP2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher AGAP2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGAP2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and LIHC show a favorable association.

ACC, MESO, and KIRP are the cancer types where AGAP2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
