AGAP11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,077 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADIRF, SUSD2, and MIA3_S727. Each is linked with AGAP11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP11-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGAP11 versus ADIRF in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
