Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGAP11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AGAP11 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher AGAP11 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGAP11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BLCA show a favorable association.
UCS, BLCA, and DLBC are the cancer types where AGAP11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
