AFF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,071 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AFF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMXL1, PEAK1, and MOB1B. Each is linked with AFF1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFF1-to-partner and partner-to-AFF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFF1 versus DMXL1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
