AEBP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AEBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,950 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AEBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTN1, RCN3, and RSU1. Each is linked with AEBP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AEBP1-to-partner and partner-to-AEBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AEBP1 versus ACTN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AEBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AEBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
