ADTRP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADTRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,485 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADTRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD20A6P, MIR6737, and SNORD30. Each is linked with ADTRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADTRP-to-partner and partner-to-ADTRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD20A6P grouped by ADTRP-low versus ADTRP-high in OV.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADTRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADTRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
