ADRM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,394 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, KIF4A, and MCM6. Each is linked with ADRM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRM1-to-partner and partner-to-ADRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADRM1 versus RRM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
