Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,708 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, SEPTIN4, and TOP2A. Each is linked with ADRM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRM1-to-partner and partner-to-ADRM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADRM1 versus MYBL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
