Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 831 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-1, RNU6-128P, and KRT8P50. Each is linked with ADRB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRB1-to-partner and partner-to-ADRB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP19-1 grouped by ADRB1-low versus ADRB1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
