Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRA1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADRA1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, MLLT10P2, and TBRG1. Each is linked with ADRA1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA1B-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by ADRA1B-low versus ADRA1B-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRA1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRA1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
