ADRA1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADRA1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,797 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADRA1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VWF, EML1, and SYNPO2. Each is linked with ADRA1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA1A-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADRA1A versus VWF in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRA1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRA1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
