ADRA1A

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADRA1A RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADRA1A data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ADRA1A RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADRA1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LIHC show a favorable association.

KIRC, LIHC, and UVM are the cancer types where ADRA1A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
