Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADRA1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 121 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADRA1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP29, PGK2, and IFNA13. Each is linked with ADRA1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADRA1A-to-partner and partner-to-ADRA1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP29 grouped by ADRA1A-low versus ADRA1A-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADRA1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADRA1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
