ADORA2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADORA2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,566 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADORA2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1064P, RNU1-4, and GCNAP1. Each is linked with ADORA2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADORA2A-to-partner and partner-to-ADORA2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1064P grouped by ADORA2A-low versus ADORA2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADORA2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADORA2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
