Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADNP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 605 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADNP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, HES3, and TGM7. Each is linked with ADNP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADNP-to-partner and partner-to-ADNP results are reported.
