ADK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,100 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPA1, CACUL1, and CCDC6. Each is linked with ADK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADK-to-partner and partner-to-ADK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADK versus PPA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADK→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
