ADK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,761 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADK-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR3DP1, RAB5CP1, and RPSAP6. Each is linked with ADK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADK-to-partner and partner-to-ADK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADK versus POLR3DP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADK→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
