Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,573 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADK-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANXA5, PDP2, and B3GNT8. Each is linked with ADK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADK-to-partner and partner-to-ADK results are reported.
