ADIG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ADIG RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 184 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADIG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-ND5, ZNF43, and DOCK10. Each is linked with ADIG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADIG-to-partner and partner-to-ADIG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MT-ND5 grouped by ADIG-low versus ADIG-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADIG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADIG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
