Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH5P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,899 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADH5P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Error-free translesion synthesis, Small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein complex assembly, and Rescue of stalled ribosome. Each is linked with ADH5P4 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH5P4-to-partner and partner-to-ADH5P4 results are reported.
