The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ADH5P4 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADH5P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and READ show a favorable association.
KIRC, READ, and THCA are the cancer types where ADH5P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
