Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH5P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,847 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH5P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alpha-amino acid metabolic process, Amino acid metabolic process, and tRNA metabolic process.
