Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ADH5P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ADH5P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ADH5P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ADH5P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and OV show a favorable association.

UVM, STAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where ADH5P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
