Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,374 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADH1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are AOX1, ABCA8, and ABCA9. Each is linked with ADH1B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH1B-to-partner and partner-to-ADH1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADH1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADH1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
