Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADH1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,278 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADH1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDOA, DHX37, and ZC3H18. Each is linked with ADH1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADH1B-to-partner and partner-to-ADH1B results are reported.
