ADGRL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,646 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM2, ZNF629, and PAFAH2. Each is linked with ADGRL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRL1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRL1 versus ZMYM2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
