Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,861 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ADGRL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEIS3, ASPA, and RERG. Each is linked with ADGRL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRL1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ADGRL1 versus MEIS3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
