ADGRL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,867 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRI3BP, CCM2L, and UBXN8. Each is linked with ADGRL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRL1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRI3BP grouped by ADGRL1-low versus ADGRL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ADGRL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ADGRL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
