Across TCGA patient cohorts, ADGRL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ADGRL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, PI3K-p85, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with ADGRL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ADGRL1-to-partner and partner-to-ADGRL1 results are reported.
